I want to give a shout out to U.S. Food Policy, which has very substantive content covering dietary issues and is written by a real expert, Parke Wilde. This post, about the contradiction between the Department of Agriculture's food pyramid eating recommendations on the one hand, and its promotion of the food industry on the other, is typical of the quality.
